Two major questions:

How do I not show nerves? The normal people don't, so I must not either, otherwise I won't get the job.

How do I get around their mind games? I know they'll play them. They always do, that's the normal person way, make everything more complicated. I have to find a way not to fall for their tricks.

We both have an interview tomorrow . . . lol

The worst thing you can do for your nerves is worry about your nerves. Distract yourself. Use the energy to research the company and think about what you could say.

Sure "normal" people show nerves at job interviews. As far as their mind games, they have their agenda and you have yours which is do not say anything bad about former employers, give specific examples of how you helped former employers, and making sure they know you want the position and want to contribute to their company.
