Can't get into chat! I've registered and everything! help!

registered my nick yestreday, then today did everything it said on the thread, but I still can't get into wrongplanet chat. Please help, I've been trying for almost an hour

Arrghh!

I'll go into chat (assuming I can get in) and ask peeps there what can be done. Hang on!

k, I just got in and was told you need to get the confirmation email which can take 20 minutes. Did you get the email?

I got a "freenode Nickname Registration" email and follwoed the instructions on that as well. But I still can't get into chat. *sigh*

Did you do the "identify" thing?

Yeah I did. It said it was all confirmed but it still didnt let me into chat. So I tried the "LISTCHANS" thign and it said my nick wasnt registered to any channels or soemthing. I then tried joining #wrong planet by entering that in, but it still wouldn't let me.

type /join #wrongplanet

somebody says they show you logged in. You just need to join now I think. I gotta go. Good luck.

be sure you type wrongplanet (all one word) and not wrong planet (two words) gotta go bye
