False "503" errors

Why does this site keep giving me false 503 errors? I have to constantly reset my browser, just so I can log in.
I use Internet explorer 11, although I get the exact same problem when using Firefox, on this computer.
Also, this computer seems to be the only one having this problem.
Can anyone help?

Okay, I think I fixed the problem by "Allowing website cache and databases."
Or, something like that. :)
