The Good,

I got a new truck. It's a Ranger Edge, V6 4 Liter engine, extended cab. I like my truck!

The Bad,

I was driving it home for the first time yesterday. I pulled in behind a semitruck because I had to exit off the interstate... then a big chunk of semitruck tire came flying up and smacked my truck.

The Ugly,

That would be my truck. The front end is all F'ed up from that tire hitting it.

I had to swerve to avoid a whole truck that tried to put me in the ditch about a month and a half ago. He obviously thought I was someone else. He pulled over to let me pass and even shone a backup light on me as if to tell me to go by him. Then when I was right beside, he tried to run me off the road. I swerved and slammed the brakes on so hard that the tires squeeled. I put the car into the gravel on the left lane shoulder and then took my foot off the brake and the gas. It was like instant racing reaction. If I wasn't driving a very nimble car like my 2004 TL, I would probably be dead. Plus I had 2 friends with me.

I had a huge piece of about 2 foot square wooden plank fly right into my windshield this last semester whilst driving to school one day. Pissed me off. I'm just glad it landed onto my windshield flat instead of at an angle and taking out my windshield. It did dent the frame around the shield though.

Still pisses me off people carry such things in the backs of their trucks not properly secured. Grrrrrr...

Personally i like the idea of a "ironic theme". My dream car is a very very custom car that is fine tuned and powerful and cost effecient, and the outside looks like a cadillac left to rott for 20 years.

:D Sounds like that old Saturday Night Live spoof car ad for "The Chameleon" - luxurious on the inside, junkheap on the outside!

Yep! That's why you should always park your car near a fancy looking new one.

Same reason why I always sit near a beautiful young girl whenever I travel on the trains late at night...
