Anyone only seeing Adobe CC ads on WP?

Right now the only ad that's been showing up on WP is from Adobe. Apparently, their trying to shove there Creative Cloud suite down my throat for over a month now and there is no end in site. I was gonna ask if anyone else is only seeing the Adobe CC ads on WP? because that all I've been seeing in over a month now and is still going.

I'm currently getting a McDonald's ad. I've never seen the ad you're posting about that I can remember.

Now, is that all you're seeing is the McDonnalds ad. or are you getting other ads as well?

I don't see any ads due to AdBlockPlus. Though if you have things hooked up correctly, ads are now made to be targeted towards viewers so they can get them interested. So if you did a Google search for anything Adobe or Graphic Art or whatever, you'll most likely get some kind of ad related to that.

I would get about 5 different ads at a time in rotation. but in the last month. I only get the one ad from Adobe and that's it.

No it isn't the only ad I'm getting. They seem to be changing with every thread I read. I have no idea why you'd only be getting the same ad, that's strange.

I am seeing only adobe cc ads but this is no surprise as I am a cs6 user and recently downloaded a ton of cc apps for a trial.

I have been assuming this is an ad algorithm working well: I am the target market. I am seeing ads for something relevant that I might actually buy.

I am only seeing Mercedes Benz ads. I was curious to see how nice and how much those cars are so I was looking at them on the website. I definitely don't have the money for that, but I'm flattered Google thinks I'm so successful

This site uses an ad service, and the service is using the data it has mined from your other activities to select which ads to show you. Same as how your email provider decides what ads to show on a free email account.

Like Adamantium and DW_a_mom said, it's targeted marketing.

This site uses Google Adsense, which displays ads based on what Google thinks you're interested in (for example, the things you Google and websites you visit).

For 2 weeks all I got were ads about VPS services because I was looking for a way to host my website.

If you don't like it you can install AdBlock Plus or Ghostery, or both (like me).

i use adblock on here and my laptop too.

now, sometimes i go on WP on the computer in one of my classes. (yes, they allow me) and all it is is Bali Bra ads, all. the. time. not that i'm complaining or anything.......but why? i do not recall once going on a bra site or looking up lingerie, MUCH LESS on a public computer where EVERYONE can see what i am doing. why?

also, that 'puters internal clock is stuck on Christmas 2006, and i do not have the proper privilege level to change it, nor do i or the staff member that owns it know the admin user account, if that matters.
