Can we please add an area to converse about Psychology, both in animals and in humans? I have a fascination in these areas, ranging from personality traits, genetic links, ethics based on perceptions of animal sensations and many other related topics/issues.

It would be fantastic to be able to communicate about these, and include my own theories to discuss and interpret, based on the theories of others here.

It seems to be a topic that is absent from this forum as far as objective discussion goes :(

Yeah, does seem a strange omission, along with History.
Might make sense to add these to the titles of some of the forums.
There have been some psychology postings in the sciences forum,
however.

I think there has to be some sort of limit on the forums here as in the end, this is a forum dealing with AS, not a cover-all forum.
There must be plenty of forums out there already for those who wish to discuss psychology in more depth, but to expect this one to cover everything in such a way would be absurd. I think the sciences forum and the general autism discussion PLUS the new in depth adult discussion forums should be perfectly adequate to cover this.

Post in the science forum I'd be interested.

If someone wants to divide up different subjects
amongst the current boards, and post suggested
localities, that might be a useful addition to the
FAQ thread.

Yeah, that would have been my suggestion. Psychology is science, and there's already a subforum that includes science as one of the main topics.
