Just keep refreshing the page if you ever see that. F5 key if you're on windows, not sure about linux, mac, or devices. Also your browser should have a refresh button, it usually looks like a circle and should be next to the back, forward, and home buttons.

edit: you may need to wait a few minutes before using my refresh advice-- the site needs a little bit of time to reboot.

It means the site is offline. Sometimes it stays offline or comes on & offline intermittently for about half an hour. I usually wait abit & then click Retry for a Live Version.

It's a probelem with the server that hosts Wrong Planet, there is nothing any of us can do about it. That page is basicly saying that the server is temporarily down, and when that happens it's usually back up within a few minutes.
