Tell it to a lawyer, before the college sicks their lawyers on you.
Be advised that if you did not personally witness every thing that you have reported, a judge is likely to throw out your alleged testimony as "hearsay and rumor", and the college is then justified in coming after you for libel and/or slander.
By the way, I spotted an inconsistency in your story already. In the second paragraph, you said that "His aunt came in with aid ...". Then you said that "No one but the teacher step in ...". Was it just his aunt or just the teacher that came to his defense? Both? Is the teacher also his aunt?
So, round up all possible witnesses, get your stories straight, hire a lawyer, and be very careful about what you post online or say in public regarding what happened to your friend.
