You shouldn't create lists like this. Sure look for someone who you'll enjoy the company of but don't create a quota of things they must have, it makes you sound domineering even if you don't intend to be. They're not objects that you can analyse, they're actual people. Everyone is different

OK will work on not analyzing girls.

Good on you, the world needs people like you.

You earn this by being trustworthy yourself.
Also by not being complicit to deceit (a reason I will not pay any form of tax).

Most virgins will usually be very loyal to their first anyway.
Not everybody can learn to be honest with their feelings (due to embarassment).

Most people will usually encounter one or two people in their lives whom are willing to be true/exclusive.

YOU are supposed to be the "man" here... your ability to remain calm makes life fun.
I often get called a Conspiracy Nut, and I accept it calmly, like a Professional Conspiracy Theorist !

This is not so much of an objective "quality" but more of a shared interest.

YOU should be the one showing high-levels of confidence.
She will have great confidence in you if you know how to resolve problems easily.

Also, you are better off "guiding" a lady into your preferences, rather than "finding" one. Many a young lady pursued entire careers because of things they remembered about me when they were little girls who had obvious crushes of me and dreams of eventually becoming my future-wife/wives (basically, they were highly attracted to me for some reason, and their life-pursuits/decisions reflected being obviously influenced by me in some way). Should you find a way to stumble upon becoming famous, like I did, you will also find that every 14-year-old-girl in town will end up wanting you (and they follow what you might say in public in the hopes/dreams that they may some day marry someone like you in the future if not necessarily you yourself).

I just need one that's willing to put up with my car obsession, one that can put up with the driveway being crammed full of old cars that I'll "eventually get around to fixing" and the rest of the house being full of tools and random parts that I'll probably never need.
