I am sentimentle about things as well. I have every pair of running shoes I've ever owned, school work from the seventh grade, and I used to have a huge rock collection in my coat pockets in 4th grade, but now I don't rock-hound that much anymore (my mom wanted me to throw the rocks out of my jacket because it was a pain washing my coat with a bunch of rocks in the pockets). My peak of sentimentality is over now, but when I was around my peak in 4th grade, I would keep EVERYTHING! I've just learned to throw away stuff easier, eventhough I do have a hint of sentimentality left.

Have you thought of renting space in a mini storage locker?

I love to hug and show affection. It makes me feel great inside.

I am hugely oversentimental/a hopeless romantic/etc. etc. I keep so many of my old toys I loved as a kid, there's so much that has sentimental value to me. My room and part of the attic are crammed with all sorts of things I can't bear to get rid of.

I am quite a sentimental person and will try to keep various objects from particularly moving occasions or loved people in my life. I even value various scars which I've gotten from each of my three cats, because they will be there longer than my cats will (I think).

I almost feel as though I require something tangible in order to keep valued memories fresher. Something to hold while I think.

I am close to a hoarder as well. I throw away trash. However, my definition of "trash" can vary. But ANYTHING with sentimental value placed upon it is kept and treasured.
