Not winter here anymore.

I've been experiencing a bug on WP which makes the pages load slow every time I log in. Don't know if it has to do with the fact that WP's been offline for brief periods several times lately.

I hope Admin has sorted it out!

Yes, they're very annoying. Just the other day I had a particularly annoying one. It went offline just as I was gonna reply to a PM.
When I tried again after some minutes, it kept going offline, but for some reason I could click topic reply notifications and go to those threads, I just couldn't access the inbox.

I'm not even sure it is a real problem. I can close the window and open WP in a new one and it is gone.

I find that sometimes refreshing or opening a new window helps get past the offoline message, but other times it doesn't. Sometimes I go to one of these sites http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
to check if WP really is down. Sometimes it is, but more often it isn't, yet I can't access it.

Did you see the Event-a-Day thread? It's like the other -a-Day threads, only with history facts. The idea came from a fairly new member who likes history.
