There are so many Jokers that I'm only counting the ones that are the most well known. So I apologize if I've missed any out but I don't think who ever played the Joker in the Scooby Doo crossover would anyone's number one.

1. Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight)

2. Mark Hamill (Batman: The Animated Series)

3. Jack Nicholson (Batman 1989)

4. Cesar Romero (Batman 1966)

5. John DiMaggio (Batman: Under the Red Hood)

6. Zack Galifianakis (The Lego Batman Movie)

7. Michael Emerson (Batman: The Dark Knight Returns)

8. Jeff Bennett (Batman: The Brave and the Bold)

9. Kevin Michael Richardson (The Batman)

10. Troy Baker (Batman: Arkham Origins/Assault on Arkham)

11. Brent Spiner (Young Justice)

12. Jared Leto (Suicide Squad)

Cesar Romero from the 1966 tv show. Adam West said in an interview some time ago the TV series was purely camp. Who else could be as flamboyantly campy as the Joker as Cesar Romero, although Burgess Meredith and Frank Gorshin come close portraying the Penguin and the Riddler, respectively.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I actually quite enjoyed Brent Spiner's portrayal of the Joker in that Young Justice episode, where he's part of this bigger supervillain team. I thought he was creepy and intimidating. Of course, it's difficult to compare his brief appearance as Jokers to Mark Hamill's long-standing run from the DCAU and still returning to the character on projects like the Killing Joke film.

While I really liked Hamill as the joker, as well as Emerson in The Dark Knight Returns, and Leto as the latest Joker, I went with Ledger.
