I googled your old April Fool's piece about buying Austism Speaks today and it came up with the same phishing scam that has infected the Front Page for some time now - pop up box, a woman's voice saying that your computer is infected with spyware, contact us immediately etc, don't shut your computer down.

This needs to be removed asap. Perhaps it was overlooked in recent fixes. It needs urgent attention now, I hope it can be removed today.

Members: if you encounter this, shut your computer down and restart it immediately, completely ignore the message if you encounter it. Your computer is not infected, but the front page articles seem to be. It will be a cause of celebration when this is removed and resolved. Is it hard to do?

Are you sure it isn’t a hostile redirect embedded in an advertisement? If that was the case, you could try turning on an adblocker.

Unless your downloading or running anything strange from internet and everything on your computer is up to date, I doubt its anything more than a scare tactic to get you give up payment information.

I know what it is (a scam to get password info etc out of users) and I already use 2 good ad blockers. But thanks for your interest.
