Would a cure to Autism be left or right wing idea?

Seems more right wing then anything since the lefties seem a little more open towards neurodiverse people ...

Are they really or is it just rhetoric?

Judge Rotenberg center is in Massachusetts and houses mostly minority residents from New York City.
New York City Sends $30 Million a Year to School With History of Giving Kids Electric Shocks New York City kids make up the vast majority of the students at Massachusetts’ infamous Judge Rotenberg Center, and keep getting sent there despite repeated evidence of abuse.
This is the policy of Mayor DeBlasio one of the most progressive mayors in NYC history. Actions speak louder then words.

Considering that Both Liberals and Conservatives dislike Aspies/Autistics, it's probably both the Right Wing and the Left Wing idea.The difference between the two is that Liberals tend to be a lot more secretive when it comes to Aspies. They may pretend to like Aspies,but not actually like Aspies,while Conservatives tend to directly show that they dislike Aspies. Overall both the Right and the Left dislikes Aspies.

Agreed.
Liberals pretend to be all for disabled rights including autistic rights, but clearly just want us dead.
Conservatives oppose reform in many areas making life more difficult, but most don't seek killing us (Many still do), at least not directly. They are more open about it.

I actually agree with this. I think liberals and conservatives alike both want autistic people to cease to exist from this world as soon as possible. I sometimes imagine a sort of Neurotypical (non-autistic) Inquisition happening in the future where they "encourage" (coerce) autistic people to receive a cure and/or possibly kill them. Ableist persecution will increase exponentially during that time. Not very optimistic as you can see.

It's like playing on my 3DS only to see an error message saying the following:
"Press A to die. Press B to get cured.
Press C to live." Obviously, there is no "C" button on a 3DS, just an "A" and "B" button, so this represents how society will try to get rid of autistic people for good.
