I wish you peace.
It's also been my experience based upon my many years of extensive empirical field research that peace isn't found at the bottom of a bottle.
In fact; quite the opposite is true.

We all have been there. Well, I have.

Is there anything we could say that will help you?

I know how u feel

I hope there is a solution but I cannot think of it right now

Iodine liquid in water really helps me or Himalayan salt in water
Or a bit of apple cider vinegar in water
With honey to make it palatable. Those things n meds. It is still only slightly better but I’m suggesting in case u want to give it a go

One good sustained friendship n support is enough to help through but in all honesty autistics need more than just the one friend
We do best with someone reliable n genuine n trustworthy to call on or be by our sids, i think. I know i do.

I've fasted today. No alcohol or food. Feel relatively fantastic compared to how I usually do. Stayed inside all day, watched Odd Thomas, a film, on Amazon Prime. Listened to some music. Found a song I never knew that I adore called Take a Picture by a band called Filter who were popular in the '90s. Watched some videos on YouTube of Liz Hurley and Hugh Grant, and recalled how I once met Arun Nayar (an Indian textile magnate, and former husband to Hurley)'s ex-wife, a young model called Kim Johnson. Made pasta with Kim at a cookery school in London on a one day class there. She was like a younger Hurley in looks, though thinner. Brilliantly elegant at making difficult pasta shapes too. Made me feel happy to think how Arun Nayar and Liz Hurley might be getting back together, after their previous divorce.

I do actually have a painful finger at the moment and numbness in my hands but I appreciate your camaraderie April! Have a good one. :)

Wait how do you know that the divorced couple is reuniting? I don’t understand that part.

They both went on holiday together last year, years after divorcing. A few months later they were snapped by photographers as they went for a night out together and Liz Hurley was all smiles apparently.

It wd be good if they genuinely worked through their problems they must have had earlier and are able to remarry and stay togeTher peacefully. That wd be very heartwarming.

I'm just oversensitive. I learned something new anyway! Nature has so many curious relations. Those birds that move like snakes or fish that look like horses. ((blazingstar))

Nah, you're not over-sensitive. I think you are sensitive, but in a good way. I forget that most people don't enjoy a lot of the weird stuff I live with in the swamps and woods. Glad I am forgiven.
