Hello
Recently I have been doing pretty bad. I am really sad and irritated. I feel really burnt out but nothing makes me feel better. IDK how much more of this I can handle...

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. We are here and many of us have been, or still are, in similar situations. Can you say more about what is going on?

This is a tough time of year for lots of people. One thing I've learned over several decades of living is that generally, things get better, even without any interventions. Just try to maintain healthy practices and do some fun things occasionally. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad.

Could you give us an idea about what's happening, in a concrete sense?

(if you would not mind).
