I never get popups, and certainly not on here, but tonight I have gotten 5 popups, all the same one. it is a big yellow box, with a giant flashing stop sign in the midle with an exclamation point saying, "we need your help!!" give you opinion!" and and the words survey, and in teensy little letters in the right corner, questionmarket.com

I think this is the kind fo ad we are suposed to report? am i right? if not i'm sorry.

Congratulations

You have caught the internet version of an STD.

Your very first spybot is always the worst.

Do you use AdAware by Lavasoft often?

Not sure about that, since tonight you said, if you close your browser and enter again to WP those popups appear again right? What about another site, they don't appear when you are on another site?

I guess it might be spyware, I can't say for sure, as I use FF I don't get popups in case there are, you might want to clean all the cache on your browser to see if that works, if not then use antispyware software like Spybot.

oh I see you are using adaware, it might be good to add another one to be more safe, like spybot.

No need to go mad (using too many spyware clean-ups). Spybot S&D never worked THAT well for me, although AVG's spyware remover wasn't too bad. ZoneAlarm's firewall (with an antispyware feature) after a few updates got rid of the last remnants of a trojan that had infected my computer some time ago.

Yes, it's not that great, same with adaware, although I use them both along with AVG Antispyware and works fine I think.
