Is there an easy way for a layman (me) to know if a friend has SPD in addition to Aspergers? He's a private person and definitely would not tell me.

I was diagnosed with that exact thing when I was 15.

I would let the friend tell you that he has it. He might not want to tell you he has it. He might be embarrassed about it.

You could ask his parents or his psychologist.

It is impossible to have this disorder or I would have developed it a long time ago. You have to be in an office, you have to work, or you will be homeless. It's a consequence of hyper-sociality in our current time period.
