I voted physical, but it's really elements of both. I don't mind name-calling by itself, but when it's used as a device to turn everyone against me so they side with the bully when the teacher asks what was happening, then it sucks. It was times that I feared my well-being, wondering when they were going to give me a concussion and end up blaming me for it (someone would find some way to blame me), that was what bothered me. Emotional/mental abuse just didn't affect me anymore after eight years of it; being physically vulnerable to a group of four or more boys and having no means to convince the faculty to exact repercussions, that was Difficult.
