My primary thing is to spend time with my animals. This also often includes some kind of physical activity. Play with them, walk with them, do maintenance on their stuff, groom them etc. I always feel better after being with my horse for awhile and unlike with my cats, she gets me outside

I love horses. I take my son to horse therapy and I enjoy being around the horses. I haven’t ridden in a long time, though.

Perhaps you should takes some time for horse therapy also then.

I stopped riding m girl over the winter. She's 30 and pretty arthritic but I take her for walks in hand. Honestly just being able to touch her, smell her scent, and see her expressions is like being given a breath of the cleanest air.

What "do" you do or what "should" you do?

"You" singular or plural?

As much as practical, take a break

Often, I spend time by myself. I'm really creative, so I also draw as much as I can.

I like to draw, too. I need to get back into it.
