There were more examples, but those were the top ones. Now, a question to everyone who's used the word "soyboy" in this topic: how do you define a soyboy? Is any of those texts even close?

If we ignore the first two examples and focus on the other six, I don't see how being a soyboy would be a bad thing. Certainly sounds like a more appealing guy to date than a stereotypical, conservative "real" man.

The ones I know were kids who got bullied by rednecks and hip-hoppers just like I was but they became bullies in their own ways. They think I am not "nerdy" or "geeky" enough so they make me feel unwelcome at their social avenues and some even think I shouldn't be allowed to like anime and manga.

People who would be considered "alt-right" and "conservative" on this forum are often the "winners" in the culture I live in while people considered "leftist" and "liberal" are often the "losers". I remember trying to tell others at school gays and lesbians were humans just like straight people, I was laughed at as well as had scorn thrown my way and was even asked if I was gay myself; I even remember a girl saying "I hate gay wads!" and another girl would call other people "fa***ts". My older brother mocked Asian American students for getting "the most wedgies" despite how they generally make better grades than the redneck students do. My stepfather is racist, sexist, homophobic, is anti-marijuana despite being retired military, staunchly pro-gun, and hangs out with a local musician who is friends with Ted Nugent. A lot of the rich and affluent people in my area generally support Trump.

Wikipedia says: "Emasculation of a human male is the removal of both the penis and the testicles, the external male sex organs..."

The Cambridge Dictionary says: "To reduce the effectiveness of something; to make a man feel less male by taking away his power and confidence; to remove the male parts of something."

The Urban Dictionary says: "(1) The removal of the penis and testicles; (2) Metaphorically, the removal of a male ego, pride, empowerment; (3) Making a man subservient or put into a 'feminine' role."

(Removal of both testicles alone is called 'Castration', btw)

So it depends on whether the context is literal or metaphorical.

I was born emasculated. (I only have 1 testicle). Wanna make something of it?
Yes. Removal or lack of one testicle alone is not 'emasculation', it's 'cryptorchidism'.

I never felt I conformed to the stereotyped guy/male & I've had phases where I felt I was born the wrong gender partly because of this. I know some of my nonconformity is due to Aspergers but I have a lot of various physical & mental disabilities so it's impossible to say exactly how much of it is due to my Aspergers or related AS problems.

I had to look up what the term "soy boy" meant as I've never heard of it before although I figured it was a pejorative term for males with sympathies towards feminism and veganism among other things detested by the right.

I've never felt emasculated by having Asperger's. I look pretty masculine but I could never be described as a jock. I have no interest in football but I do like other sports especially tennis. I definitely relate a lot more to artistic and intellectual culture and if some people think that makes me less of a man then so be it!
