Should i tell doctor to change medications?

Im taking 2 kinds of medications at the moment. One is paliperidone and other is sertraline

But im not happy in my current situation. I cant stop overthinking, ocd is a problem for me.

Should i tell doctor to change my medications to different one? but i have used many antidepressants before, nothing really cured me. Im tired of psychiatrists but unfortunately i dont have any other options

Zoloft made me, lethargic. Sometimes can't fall asleep or stay asleep. Weight gain. Itchy
