I probably would be easily offeneded too, but I can't always tell that someone is trying to insult me, or if they are being sarcastic...or are otherwise insincere.

Compliments are judgmental

"What" is not the etiquette equivalent of "excuse me"


"Can you" is implying that, if you "can", you have to

"Girl" for over 18. Do not use the word unless you are referring to yourself or quotation. Or not unless you call men "boys"

I don’t mind being complimented. I don’t like being insulted.

What do you like to read, Highly Autistic?

Do you like comics like Superman or X-Men or whatever?

What makes you jump up and down and be silly?

I've been reading about emotional regulation (or rather dysregulation). I know intellectually a situation is a 3-4 (e.g. I am interrupted in front of my team) --- but I FEEL like it's a 6. If I find validation then the 6 goes down to 4, 2 etc. If I am invalidated ("it's not a problem..."), I spike up to 8 fast. (scale of 0 calm and 10 ballistic)

My high level of agitation is higher these days due to -hopefully passing- stress.

I am too.
