In the Garfield and Friends cartoons there was a trio of singing and dancing bears called the Buddy Bears, and according to them, if you had an opinion of your own, it was bad. If you disagreed with anyone at all, that meant you were wrong.
Even if it was something as trivial as wanting a different flavor of ice cream than your friends, and it didn't really matter anyway since you're all buying individual cones!

So basically a bad opinion is when you have a contrary one and don't follow the herd and you are a free thinker and don't blindly believe things you hear or read about.

^ Yes, the Buddy Bears were satire (boy, were they ever) of cartoons made during the 70's and 80's that commonly had the message that "the complainer is always wrong". Of course, when the cartoons had an Aesop peer pressure that involved drugs or whatever, then it was okay to say no.

Yes!

#10 might basically say, "we're entitled to our own opinions.....not our own facts!"
