I look ret*d and not like a normal person. I avoid going out of home. When i was going to university i couldnt make any friends. Nobody talked to me to be friend with me. My autism not only affects brain. My face suggests that there is something wrong with me. I doubt if taking antidepressants for too long caused this.
Okay sorry .. and guess you understand , idea of homeostasis ?
Everything . Especially living things , seek their own way .. ( of balance).
If a small weed gets a rock dropped on it , it will give durn good try to grow out from understand that rock, possibly not as same as flower without the rock
.but still is a flower life form. So i pretty much quit my antidepressants . And took vitamins and good supplements instead , paid extra for quality. But like
Everything else , i studied it. Your aspie brain is /will always seek equilibrium.
To just be. Socialising maybe nice , but all things are not for all people.
Isolstion maybe bad if forced on you , but if you decide to prefer , your own company to others . You might accidentally find yourself smiling sometimes .
If your not seeking company of others . Cause you are socially programmed to be that way . Self satisfaction becomes easier. Easier said than done unless you have lived it. So little bits of interaction show up, along the way . Not expected , they can just pop up outta no where . Simple smile goes along way.
Both ways ..,! IF YOU SEE A SMILE .. hard not to return one if you do not expect it. You csn pracyice mirroring people btw way . Smiles are eady to do with slittle practice .. then if you can smile , be alittle silly , try out your own isolated social experiments . When entering any doorway anywhere , just smile. Make it your own rule .. nevermind, if its not returned , just do it. Get your face practiced at it. Wether you feel to smile or not ,, doorway equals face exercise . "Smile" . Forget the people. Just face exercise.
If you see a frog smile , hard not to be curious , but that moment , could possibly bring you a smile.
Have best holidays you can... with just YOU . Or with any other smiles you see .
