New year's goals - (How many are tired of the term 'New Year's Resolutions?'): To carefully reassess what I had learned in the previous year.

To allow assessing (and reassessing) to be more of an art, and NOT so much of an overly analytical science in 2020!

I want to always have high self esteem

I want to obtain healthier habits

I want to stop having excruciating anxiety about things

I want to find the love of my life. Maybe even have a kid or two.

Thanks for those suggestions. I've been taking inositol for the last 2 and a half years and a lot of the time it has helped, but I think it'd be worth trying one of those things and seeing if it'll help me even more.
