Glad you are feeling better. I had low immunity to colds and flu bugs till sometime in my 30s, and still managed to get real sick occasionally after that. I take immune boosting supplements now, and seldom get sick any more. One year, when I was in high school, my older sister brought home a series of colds or flu bugs. I managed to catch every single one she brought home. Her immunity has always been better than mine, so she never got as sick as I did back then. I spent almost the entire winter in misery. I was also feeling less than warm and fuzzy toward my Typhoid Mary sister. For those who've been victimized by the dumbing down methods of modern schools, Typhoid Mary was a real person. She was a cook who was a carrier of typhoid, which is a nasty, and sometimes fatal illness. One of the ways to spread this illness is thru food prepared by a carrier of the diseases who doesn't practice good hygiene around the foods they prepare. Mary didn't believe in washing her hands before preparing food, so she kept making people sick, and a few of them died. Mary was ordered not to cook for the public anymore, but she did anyway, and was in quarantine 2 or 3 times. The last time was for the rest of her life, to keep her from cooking for other people anymore. For more interesting details on her check out the Wikipedia link:

As for you, get plenty of rest, exercise, and healthy foods, to try to keep from getting sick again.--Now, if only I can follow my own advice.
