I live in a one bedroom place... the complex would allow a roommate, but umm... one bedroom that only fits one bed, i do have a fold out couch bed and an air matress but it would still be strange... it worked with my husband because umm we slept in the same bed lol

Another place im putting in an application is rent based on income two bedroom, but its in a very isolated area.

The place in ohio i found out may be close to the zoo, but its in a high crime area

How isolated is your present place?

Small city with a curb to curb bus service... i mean there is a small store across the street with all the basics and im a short walk to downtown.... this town has almost everything for its size except some specialist doctors.

How far away from this sort of thing would this two-bedroom apartment be?

My best friends want me to go to the one in ohio so bad they are taking me down there yo see it on tuesday..... because it is so close to the zoo.

Crime rate maps.... show that area in ohio as semi-dangerous... and so is where i live now... in fact my little city is more dangerous than i thought... and where my uncle lives is the 9th most dangerous city in Michigan (Albion)... wow i really glad i checked into that

If it's near the zoo, take it.

Just make sure you get a Medeco lock for your door, if possible. Or at least a Segal.

Most of the time, as long as you don't hang out with the shady sort, you will be okay. It's hanging out with them that gets you into trouble. That's been my experience.

Another housing option, i have a different uncle that is having a hsrd time right now and he might accept me as a roommate. That uncle ive lived with before, never treated me bad. Also i would have a van i can drive.

Wow what an interesting day... i had an old housemate stop by (nothing creepy, hes married and has kids) anyway he wanted gas money so he could take me around to look at an apartment... but then his truck broke down!! ! I payed for the part to fix it because he didnt have the money!! ! So him and his wife offered me to stay with them if necessary until i found a place to live, they live in a based on income complex with apartments open so they want to talk to their manager, i made his wife cry and everything... plus they promised to pay me back... its good to have friends like that...
