I'm curious.. normally an individual is embarrassed about a lot of things within their lifetime.. Also with regrets.. I wonder if gravitating or intensifying on area will make the overall feel better. In a way.. I guess.. Acupressure or centering the chi to one area.. Mm.. I suppose acupressure is "overall" and meditation chi focal points are "one area" actually.. but I wonder which is better.. Meditational Chi sounds conflicting but I can see how it may inspire focus or "gathering" while Acupressure is kinda yang-y it tries "eliminating" certain things or releases it..
I think I want to try something but not sure what yet. It'll probably be degrading.
