The camera!! ! I was bored when I noticed someone removed the serial number off it... 8O

Maybe someone stole it and I tried to research how to get the serial number back and it claimed it might be in the data of the pictures but it is not...

Now I feel bad :(

Not your responsibility. You bought it cheap as a damaged camera and repaired it. Its previous story belongs to other people.

Yeah, I know... Sigh, I feel bad for the person that possibly lost their nice camera.

Even if you tried to return it to its rightful owners, the task is extremely difficult without knowing the serial number; even then, if the rightful owner didn't record the serial number, it becomes impossible. Their loss is your gain.

Yeah, I’m going to repeat myself here: you bought a used camera in good faith... any guilt that may be valid as to it's provenance belongs to others, not you. For you have done nothing immoral or unethical.

Relax, maybe by taking some photographs of birds
