Any help for those subject to harassment?

Any help for those of us aspergers/mentally Ill that are dealing with harassment? Not at work, as I currently don't work, but in society at large.
Anyone else experience this?

Specifically, to what kind of "harassment" do you refer?

Is someone directing threats, insults, intimidation, or acts of discrimination specifically toward you?

There are three social aspects things that aren't harassment:

1. Expectations of civil and lawful behavior.
2. Correcting rude behavior.
3. Enforcing lawful behavior.

You may also expect to have your grammar, punctuation, and spelling corrected, as well as having your factual errors and fallacious reasoning called out, as none of these constitute harassment, either.

I get things like name-calling when I pass certain houses and sometimes from odd people walking or driving by. Or they'll make loud noises instead. Sometimes other creepy behavior as well.

Don't pass by those certain houses.  Random people behaving badly can't really be helped, unless you can ride inside a vehicle of your own.

A woman in one of my classes used to complain that whenever she walked past a construction site, the men would call out to her and make noises ("cat-calls") to her.  I told her she should avoid that construction site, and maybe take a bus instead.  She sincerely believed that those construction workers should all be taught manners instead, and she continued to walk past the construction site.  She also continued to complain about the situation.  Why?  I have no idea; but I did ignore her for the rest of the school term.

I am able to avoid some of it by selectively going out of my way around certain areas. I don't have a vehicle so I'm stuck with walking pretty much everywhere I go.
I will also note that what im experiencing is quite a bit more extensive than the situation you mentioned.
