Well, I love the virtuoso renaissance painters like Leonardo, Michaelango and the other "ninja turtles"! I had the chance to go Paris and Milan with college to see a lot of great works which was a great experience for me. Those guys were geniuses!

(ps -was this thread supposed to prove a point...a thread about art not in the art forum so that people will see it?)

As you might be able to figure out, I know very little about artists & paintings... :lol:

Anyway I think the less forums the better too. Otherwise it just gets confusing.

I agree - there simply isn't enough time to look at, let alone reply to, all threads unless you spend 24 hours a day with your computer.

I liked a lot of different kinds of paintings and also paint some myself. Sadly, I don't have any way yet of putting any links to any of my pictures.

I just use the "view all posts since your last visit" and "View your posts" functions. I sometimes miss a thread or two that way, but its a good way to keep up without clicking on each individual forum :)
