not recieving notifications of thread topics

Help Please . could someone please address this issue of not getting notifications of topics , that i have been following , all changes in "my account" have been made as per reccomendations . Have made not changes to my email regarding any incoming Email of any kind . Since or before this has began.
This board has been a valuable resource to me for understanding what is what with my Autism.
Am willing to write less personalized mail in exchange for having this service restored .

Just in case, check the spam and promotions folders in your email, if you have any.

Otherwise, this is a technical issue on the site, the moderators can't do anything about it - only Alex can.

This technical glitch has been going on for years and it seems to affect members differently for reasons unknown. Sometimes I get notifications instantly, sometimes one day to one week after a post being made, sometimes not at all. I couldn't establish any correlation or pattern regarding why it's sometimes worse and sometimes better or why some people have this problem often and some don't

If you're waiting for a PM, reply or are very interested in a thread, the best way is to keep the site open and regularly refresh the "View Posts Since Last Visit | View Your Posts" buttons.

Maybe try refreshing your email,by going to update or change email part of your profile,then:change email,then change it back to the original,this could refresh it.

Just an idea,and like Bender said,check your junk folder just in case.
