I noticed I am a very stubborn person, I dwell on things that happened a long time ago and struggle to let go of things and forgive people and it kind of limit my ability to have and maintain friends by me being stubborn.

Some things that I am stubborn about:
-Someone made me drink their pee when I was younger. Mum's friends son. A situation that I'd have rather have not been put in.
-I have yet to forgive papa and brother for bullying me long time ago.
-People who have been rude to me, they are in my internal list of people to avoid.
-People force injecting me with anti-psychotic medication at hospital.
-and more, though they interlink with magical thinking, but rather, magical-thinking-memories, I will suddenly remember a memory and verbally dissect, divide and dissolve it. . . anyway. . .

. . .Is anyone else stubborn?

I try to be mellow and easy going, because truth is elusive and time on Earth is short. I try to flow like water around obstacles rather than confronting them.

However...I got into an interpersonal conflict a few years ago, and found to my growing horror that I could not, would not back down despite the odds. I couldn't let the personal slights go, and I became obsessed by them. Having been bullied in the past, I decided to return the favor to the Cosmos by being a fire breathing uber bully. Big Mistake. It was like I had an "Alter", a second personality that emerges in times of crisis. I found out that beneath my chill hipster exterior lay barbed wire and poison gas.

Are you talking about the stubborn person is determined to do what he or she wants and refuses to do anything else: They have huge arguments because they're both so stubborn. Things that are stubborn are difficult to move, change, or deal with: He was famed for his stubborn resistance and his refusal to accept defeat.

My wife who is AS is stubborn and completely wrong at times so we have learned to let her think the sky is purple if she wants as long as it is not hurting anything.

I can be stubborn at times. Often regarding things I want to accomplish though, like personal goals I set. I can definitely dwell a lot on what people have done to me in the past, and there's even things I remember from toddlerhood that people did and I can say I'm still not entirely over, but I obviously keep them to myself.
