It's taken me months to find out how to report it & it's really hidden.
I think Twitter needs to be more active in dealing with it. It ought to be one of the first buttons you come to. 'Promoting rape' then 'promoting child abuse' or 'Promoting child abuse' then 'Promoting CSA'. Then they should take it to the police. By making it hard to report, they're tacitly endorsing it.
It's an international site which is the only reason I'm not contacting the police with it myself. As soon as I come across one in the UK, I'm reporting them to the police. I encourage anyone else to do the same if you come across something like this from an account in your country.
Admittedly it's late but these scum make me angry. I hate how people seem to want to pretend like consent is a difficult concept, maybe it is in some circumstances like if both have been drinking & are adults, but 'babies can't consent' isn't complicated.

If you go there, make sure you wear a body condom and dispose of it responsibly after you leave.
So, give us a walkthrough on how to report.
You can use to "snipper tool" or find a youtube video explaining the procedure.

Joke aside, if you see anyone advocating for removing the age of consent, report their tweet. Twitter is not going to remove all MAPs since it's not against their TOS to be a pedophile but they do have a policy for protecting minors so if anyone is talking about having sex with kids or wanting to or making sexual comments about them, report those Tweets. There have been MAP accounts that have gotten shut down because of their disturbing Tweets.
To report tweet everyone, there should be a little down arrow at the top right of the tweet, select that and way at the bottom is "report Tweet" and you select the options of why you are reporting it.

Yes but from there you have to then scroll down to 'more about twitter rules' and make a report there.
It should be one of the first buttons. As much as I hate bigots, they're not breaking the rules and they're not always advocating violence. But hateful content is one of the first buttons. This should be. It should be made as easy as possible to report.
