I’m depressed & I’m crying, I’m crying in my glasses. I have more bones pain in my legs, it hurt to walk. EVERYTHING is wrong, I’m making a mess of my stupid life, I’m sooo stupid, I sooo hate myself, I wish there were pool so I can go in it & drown, it would be easy, I’m not a good swimmer. I feel sooo alone, I cannot pick up trash from my floors, I cannot bend, I might fall down, I cannot work anyway. It 100 degrees, it can be very warm in my apartment, I think I turned off my apartment heating, I can still smell heat, I hate my heater, I can forget which way to turn it, I hate not knowing stuff I should know by now. I cannot even set up my new phone, I can’t open the holder that holds the SIM, I wish the SIM card was already in the phone, I’m a bad cutter.

Do you have air-conditioning?
I’m sorry you’re feeling all this pain during the heat wave.
Maybe it’s time for some Bryan Adams?

If you've had episodes of depression in the past, think about how you felt better after it passed and know that you'll feel better again like you did in the past. I see you've made mistakes and feel stupid. It's happened to me many times. Remind yourself it happens to everyone since none of us are perfect, that you'll learn from those mistakes and it will make you a better person. It seems like everything is wrong but know it's because depression alters your thinking. Combat that by focusing on the facts without interpreting them so your depression won't control you and make you feel more worse. Summer heat without A/C is awful but remind yourself the summer is more than half way over. I feel bad you're in so much pain. When I'm in pain I tell myself "Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional." Instead of focusing on how much it hurts, tell yourself you're strong and can handle it and focus on what you can do about it. Would stretching help, seeing a doctor, physical therapy, or a massage device? Could you watch a good movie or listen to music to take your mind off the pain? I hope you feel better soon.

i wish there was someone you could cal l for help with the SIM etc?? i cant do those things either and even lost or broke phones leaving no way of contacting people for help..
had to use facebook. .. and ac constrantly breaking along with washrooms not working.. flooding...power out.. unpaid bills from not knowing how to do it... etc.. it is not something to hate yourself for surely..have read these of users here too where it is a storm of bad things.
those moments.. it seems every bad thing comes together ... instead of one by one so we can deal with one issue at a time.....
suffering in the heat ruins anyones day.
need peace of mind..
soothing music is all i can think of
but ultimately other people must help! i've seen enough of these posts to know not enough is being done for you
can you arrange for someone to set up a portable fan for you??? can apartment manager help in this...
does anyone here know...
about how to contact to get a support worker to check up on things and help, if not family or acquaintance..
or how to maybe put an ad online to ask someone to help, in your area (maybe on a facebook group for your city)
or maybe ask apartment manager to come and help ?
do they have care coordinators there (in ur area)??
those people expect us to ring them up/call and tell them if we need help.. they can listen + come up with solutions... hopefully
how can a disabled person be expected to do everything... in the heat and isolated from covid19 situation as it is.
don't hate yourself!

This seemed appropriate.
