I believe that Citymale was offering helpful suggestions; the ‘chair in the shower’ idea does work for many people.
His other suggestions I believe were intended to help find emotional support and understanding.
I believe that Citymale as well as the others in this thread only want to help.

Everything is TOOOOO MUCH, my sensory issues, ALOT of anxiety, overwhelmed, scared. I’m going to be 50 in two weeks tomorrow, I hadn’t done too much in life, I want it to end, I don’t want to live anymore. I’m weak,I CANNOT DO THIS.

I’ve been feeling and thinking similarly. Without family or friends, life is not very satisfying and hard.

You sound like a desirable woman, and you have people on this forum at least.

Sometimes taking a shower can tune out and erase the sensory overload.

You also have a physical disability due to feature of foot. That makes you part of the disability community. Remember, you can still get around and do things with modifications.

I’m disability cuz I have Cerebral Pasly. I can’t shower or go out walking, I have pretty bad pain in my lower leg, cuz of an injury, so I cannot stand in the shower.

Join the disability community and find some other problem with AS or CP or wheelchair users on disability who you can be in a friend group with.. social isolation makes life lots harder

I wasn’t going to post to you, but you are rude! You think you know a person & what that person going through & if that person have more problems than being disabled. You should not judge a person without knowing them. My sister is the same way, she think she knows me, but she don’t know me for having CP, Aspergers,Psoriasis & Dyslexia.

Sorry, I may have been wrong. Apologies!

Dear Citymale, I thought your post was caring and helpful.
Giving directions, suggestions where to get help is practical and could lead to practical help.
VERY insightful comment about social isolation; sometimes the loneliness is overwhelming, and hurts more than the acknowledged crises, Coronavirus, joblessness, business closings, homelessness, lack of medical care.
