Came across this and it reminded me of "hand flapping" that some autistic people do to stim and self regulate. I'm surprised no one in the comment section brought it up. This is from an abridged and sometimes completely bastardized English translation. I'm kinda curious as to what she says in the original Japanese version.

Since fictional characters are fictional, they are not real, and neither are their disorders.

At best, a fictional character may depict a real-life disorder through deliberate intent or faulty design.
