Perhaps my impression is wrong, but I interpreted that title as her perseverance in learning to use the letter board, with the eventual aim of being "heard." I interpreted the video itself as showing some of the exercises that enabled her, subsequently (at some time
after the lessons shown in the video), to acquire the ability to be "heard" (perhaps in a sequel to this particular video?).
She definitely was mentally engaged in the letter board exercises. The feeling I got was that, although she was not yet capable of using the letter board independently, she seemed to be making substantial progress toward that goal.
IF indeed the intent was to claim that the long message at the end was authored solely by her, in its entirety, that's a problem. It seems highly unlikely that that could be the case, given all the prompts.
