Hoover, or vacuum cleaner

Idk I guess I like my dirt devil well enough...doesn't use bags just has a plastic tank to fill up which I can dump in the trash. Sometimes you have to take out the filter inside which just requires rinsing it in the sink, my sister had I think the same vaccum but she replaced it for a 'better' one, not sure she read the instructions that say to rinse out the filter from time to time so I figure she may have just gave up on it cause it got clogged.

But I like it because there are no components to throw away, filter can be cleaned debri can be dumped from the tank into the trash so no vacuum bags so its a very low waste vacuum. Why dirt devil, well Idk I just have always liked the brand name I guess...I remember enjoying dirt devil commercials when I was a kid.

I usually just say Vacuum without the word Cleaner after. The vacuum we have is actually a Hoover but I only say the word Hoover if I'm talking about that specific brand or if I'm trying to differentiate a specific Hoover vacuum from non Hoovers in conversation; like my grandma has two vacuums & one is a Hoover & the other is a different brand & they are called by their brand names in conversation when talking about a specific one.

i hate vacuuming. i get so hot and sweaty and tired from doing it. and having to move all that sheet out of the way, there must be hundreds of things i have to move in order to do a proper job of it.

Brooms, dustpans, dusters, damp cloths and brush scrubs...
And manually wash carpets/curtains/covers/cloth cases.



I'd imagine with a vacuum cleaners or hoovers, it'll be way less exhausting and confusing.
But I can only assume... Or that I can dream.

When I move into my apartment, I will make sure it will have a floor for vacuuming.
