As a kid I loved the TV series The Tripods and I still do as an adult. I like to find and visit filming locations from this series.

I have an idea there was some bad feeling around this series as it replaced Dr. Who and wasn't really the sci-fi epic it was promoted as, but I was always fascinated by the Tripods and used to dream about them a lot.
