I've cried at work before. Not in front of other people though - you have to lock yourself in a bathroom stall, have a good cry, and compose yourself. (Cold water splashed on face helps.)

Crying is not a bad thing in itself. Sometimes it's a healthy release. I'm sorry you're having a hard time, so try to be loving toward yourself the way you might to a pet or a small child.
