Why does everyone think Sylvester Stallone is a bad actor

I wouldnt say he is a bad actor but i think this goes for a lot of actors altogether. What i see commonly is they do a few good films and they are remembered highly for there catchphrases etc.
But after that they just become a one trick pony. Plus whether its Sly or any other actor from the last 50+ years they should just stop embarrassing themselves.
Cause i'm tired of seeing these guys in every films for the better part of 10 years or so. It takes away the spotlight on newer and younger actors.

But there are younger performers getting attention these days ... mostly women in their 20s playing the romantic interests of characters portrayed by male actors in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s ...
