At the time that I departed,
there were about 8 mods total.
I doubt that any of their stati have
changed.

There isnt enough mods here really...

When we do our jobs, you complain that we're doing too much. When we take a more hands-off approach, you tell us we're doing too little.

No the problem is that there is not enough mods, so when something happens there is a delayed reaction, leading to the excessive approach. Its style of moderation that is my issue.

There are plenty. To handle what they are really intended for.
The real problem is that things are a bit fuzzy, and there was
never a real partnership. MOST of the mods follow Alex's rules
very well - it's only those who are most active who are sometimes
a problem. They just need reminders, when they get out of line.

Of course, their pride (ah, the corrupting power of even such
a minor position) keeps them from being reasonable when
shown the error, but one hopes that they learn, nonetheless -
even if it doesn't seem to stick.
