It does annoys me with the perception by some people that someone struggling with mental health problems as being ''weak'' or liable to break under pressure or that if you are a man, you are not a ''man'' and a ''wimp'' because you are dealing with maybe long term mental health problems. I've heard from some maybe older people saying that generations today are ''pathetic'' and do not know how to deal with the issues and get on with it with a stiff upper lip as the British call it like maybe they had more than 70 years ago during World War 2. It also does my head in, that in terms of dating, if you are someone with mental health it is seen as unattractive to the people you are trying to attract but obviously don't always publish their problems on a dating profile. I even seem to think that if you are a guy of a different race and they had mental health problems they are trying to deal, it is seen by a girl as being traditionally ''unmanly'' and are looking for a ''strong man'' that does not crack. I think I have seen that being mentioned by people on their dating profiles.

That is exactly what The Haven is for -- posting problems.
