Emphasis, not yelling. The Bible describes two main types of angels, Cherubim and Seraphim but there are some humanoid forms too, or at least they can take on human form so as not to needlessly frighten people when giving a message. I have seen some weird things but I have not seen an angel before, only read about them.

How can one be certain whether they have or not?
I mean, the only real clear issue from the Bible is
that they are really scary looking.

If a dude in baggy pants and sunglasses came up to me and said I have a message for you from God I'd probably yell pervert and run away.

Now if someone in a white robe and flowing hair approached me and said I have a message for you from God........err, I'd probably yell pervert and run away!
