I'm not usually the biggest gamer but I saw the e3 top 50 and there were at least 4 or 5 things that really caught my eye.
Call of Duty 4 - supposed to be the best first person shooter/war simulator out there, so much so that it topped Halo 3 in ratings. That should be real interesting
Resident Evil 5 - Same engine as RE4, much different place and premise, and it looks like even further improved graphics almost to the likeness of Gears of War. The idea's different too which I like - Daylight, African Village, zombies like the ones from 28 Days Later, I just hope the story line is as good as the game play itself.
Lost Oddessey - Looks REALLY good, presents a bit IMO like Chaos Legion but its an RPG built by the same creators who did Final Fantasy. People keep rating Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon but I've never liked the cartoony looking stuff and its supposed to have a deeper plot - why the score difference I don't know.
Heavenly Sword - I'll probably never buy a PS3, you'd have to pay me, but if any of my friends get one I'll have to try this game out. Real interesting premise, slick graphics, and I'm hoping the storyline will be properly messed up like Metalgear style but who knows.
Anyone else have any thoughts on these or seen some games they really think will be tip-top?
