I would suggest that you find a different counselor, one who won't take sides but will strive to hear out, and empathize with, the feelings of, both sides, while advising both on how to communicate more effectively with each other. That's what a good marriage counselor should do.
By the way, does your wife know that you are on the autism spectrum?
