I REALLY HATE living here, the noises are toooooo much to handle, I want to scream, I keep putting my hands over my ears. I’m getting so much anxiety too. How do people handle this?

Have you tried ear plugs, headphones with music, or other sound devices? I spend a lot of time with soft foam ear plugs in my ears. It takes a lot of the annoying sounds away or makes them much less. There are so many devices today that can help with things we hear. I also have a 'white noise' machine that has many settings, and I use that when outside noises get annoying. Running a fan in a room where I am sitting reading or working can filter out a lot of noises too. I use ear phones to listen to my favorite music a lot too.

My friend told me that the headphone jack is also the charger jack, I have an iPad Pro.
