What kind of ice tea is healthy? They make new brands of ice tea around every year, it’s too confusing to catch up with the latest.

The kind you make yourself. Boil water, brew tea, let it cool, put it in the fridge.

Almost all of the pre-made ice tea drinks in cans or bottles are loaded with unhealthy sugars.

One exception that's pretty basic and still pretty cheap is Arizona Ice Tea. Some of them are unsweetened, the ones that are sweetened tend to be with natural sweeteners and they're not Super Sweet like coke.

But stuff like Brisk is basically just as bad as coke/pepsi and all that stuff - straight up high fructose corn syrup and water. Gross.

Sun Tea

Needed:
1-gallon (4 Litre) glass jar with a sealable lid.
12 tea-bags of black tea (never green or herbal)
Enough water to fill the jar

Directions:

Fill the jar with water to about 2-3 inches (5-7cm) from the top.  Leaving the tags outside the jar, place the tea-bags inside the jar.  Screw on the lid just enough to secure the tea-bags in the water (add more water if needed).  Set the jar in a sunny location for 3-4 hours.  Serve over ice.

I've only ever made my own with tea leaves.
I didn't even know you could buy it in cans.
